CAPSEAL-80L Automatic Linear Screw Capping Machine
The Automatic Linear Screw Capping Machine Model CAPSEAL-80L
is suitable for plastic screw caps and linear measuring cup placement.
The machine is suitable for round, rectangular and most irregular bottles
with a maximum speed of 80 bottles per minute, depending on bottle
diameter, bottle height, bottle shape and cap size. The machine is
constructed in stainless steel finish, including a heavy-duty M.S. frame
structure with stainless steel cladding / enclosures.
The capping machine is ideal for application in Pharmaceutical, Food,
Pesticides, Cosmetic & other industries. It is suitable for various
sizes of bottles and plastic screw caps. An elevator-type cap
feeder system gives minimum change-over time, with a change-parts system
for changes in cap size. No change parts are required for a change in bottle
size. The unique elevator-type cap feeding system allows easy
and fast change-over when the cap size changes, with minimum setting
and parts.
