DRYFILL-80R – High Speed Rotary Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine

DRYFILL-80R is an automatic 12-head rotary dry syrup powder filling machine designed for Glass, Plastic, PET, HDPE and LDPE bottles. It offers filling speeds up to 80 bottles per minute with accurate powder filling.

The machine features SS304 construction, SS316 powder contact parts, HDPE funnels, vacuum and air filling systems, rotary bottle movement and a vibratory funnel system for efficient filling of semi-free-flow powders.

Its bottle lifting and neck holding system helps reduce powder spillage, while synchronized star wheels ensure smooth bottle movement and consistent filling performance.
