VIALWASH-120R
The Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine is widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure accurate liquid filling with high efficiency and hygiene standards. In a pharmaceutical processing line, vial preparation is a crucial step before the filling process, and machines like VIALWASH-120R play an important role in ensuring properly cleaned containers. The Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine Model VIALWASH-120R is specially designed to wash vials with minimum contact between machine parts and the vials. The machine features a specially designed gripper system that holds the vial from the neck, inverts the vial during the washing process, and releases it on the out-feed star wheel system in a vertical position after washing, ensuring effective cleaning. The machine is suitable for 2 ml to 50 ml vials, and with change parts it can also support 100 ml vial sizes. Vials are fed through a turntable to the in-feed star wheel where the gripper holds the vial from the neck and moves it through the rotary washing system. During operation, the vials travel in a neck-down position above washing needles and move along with the needle bar, providing maximum washing time once the needle enters the vial neck. The rotary vial washing machine includes six different washing stations, each equipped with three needles for optimum washing, and the washing sequence can be changed as per customer requirements. The machine also includes an external washing facility to ensure complete and effective cleaning of vials before they move to the volumetric liquid filling process.
